Past life regression should locate the reason why we have issues with folk in our current life or why we are scared of certain things. You have brothers around you in your current lifetime that you would have remarkably met before, just imagine being capable to find out what happened and what your relationship was to them at that past time and clear blocks that plague you in your current time and even ascertain talents and bring them into your present lifetime. Past lifetime regression, also known as PLR, is sensational. Use Regression Therapy with Anne Jirsch.

When you are having a past lifetime regression, also known as PLR, session you go back to the lifetime you would most need to see about in your present lifetime. This is awesome and could point out an amazing deal about your present life and help you to move forward with your life with a greater understanding of yourself, your life and the friends around you.

You will often also unearth why you are the person that you are, now that is incredible. If you delight in nature perhaps you were once working as a farmer, if you love to travel maybe you were a gypsy. Instead of ignoring our strengths we should embrace all of them.

Each and every experience is superb and unique. Others have uncovered places they had lived in before and ?knew? where to go.

A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 11 percent. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 11 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged.

But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 11 percent offered by competitors will change.

To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 7 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 10 percentage. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 9 percent. See which lenders are charging fees 6 percent and for how much. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. Different lenders charge different fees. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 10 percent. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 7 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

Arguably, the hardest part of gaining top search engine rankings is building quality backlinks pointing to your site. Getting a sufficient quantity of quality links is a challenge. In this article, we’ll discuss a few methods that can help you build more quality links.

Method #1: Manual Link Exchanges

Link Quality: Medium

Link Exchanges, or link swapping, is an industry standard way of building incoming links. Very simply, you agree to link to link to site XYZ in return for them linking to your site.

I highly recommend that you use software to manage your reciprocal links. A good piece of software will ensure that all of your link partners continue linking to you, & will automatically organize links by category. I recommend SolvoLink, which you can download free at http://www.free-link-exchange-software.com There are others, such as Links Manager, but you have to buy them. SolvoLink is good enough for the average webmaster.

Once you install a link exchange management script on your site, you will need to find webmasters with sites related to yours that want to swap links. Here are a few free tools that you can use to locate other webmasters to exchange links with:

http://value-exchange.sitesell.com
http://www.linkalizer.com
http://www.addurldirectory.com

Method #2: Articles

Link Quality: High

Article marketing is an excellent way of getting free, high-quality links pointing back to your site. Here is how it works: You write a informative article sharing your expertise in an area. Include a signature in your article that includes links to your site. Then submit it to article distribution directories. Other webmasters will use your article as content for their site, & include the links to your site.

To get a list of sites that you can submit your articles to, go to http://www.internetsuccesskey.com/submit-article.html I update this list occasionally as I find new sites.

Method #3: Buy Links

Link Quality: Varies

You can buy links, either one-by-one, or in quanities. You should be cautious buying large quantities of links, as you could be penalized if the search engines did not like it. Also, most links bought in quantity are very low quality. On the other hand, buying links individually can be very expensive. Buying links, though, is an option you should at least keep in mind.

These three link building methods are the three most dependable methods I have used. Use these methods, & I promise that you will have more inbound links than ever before!

The internet world has made banner advertising a popular and widespread form of advertising where practically all the websites have one or the other form of banner advertising on it. Though it is thought that the effectiveness of banner advertising on the web has declined, there are many tips, which if followed, prove to make people rush to your website!

People have no time to wait. So make sure the banner ad uses only a small file. This is because a large .gif or .jpg file takes a few seconds to download, wherein the visitor may have either left the page or just scrolled down the page without seeing the banner. And if people don’t see your banner, they are sure not going to click on it! So make it a point to restrict your file size to below 10K or 15K;it may be difficult, but where there is a will, there is a way! Make it a point to have a call to action on your banner. This means having the words ‘click here’ or ‘sign up now’, where you guide the user to click on the banner. The main reason this has to be included is that people are so used to off-line advertising where people just see banners, without having to do anything. They are usually not aware that they have to click on the banner to find out more! So make it a point to have a call to action on your banner ad to improve the effectiveness of the banner.

People are always more attracted by moving elements in a banner. As the whole idea of banner advertising is to grab the attention of the reader, using small animation in the banner is sure to achieve this. However, make it small because if the file for the animation is large, then its downloading time will be long. This tries on the patience of the web user and may annoy them. When annoyed, they may also just leave without clicking on the banner. The incorporation of some sort of fake element in the banner also makes the banner successful. There are many fake elements’ banner designers can use like fake scroll bars, fake text boxes and fake submits buttons. When using fake elements, the web user think that they are clicking on a link to another page when clicking on a fake scroll bar, when in reality, they are actually clicking on a banner with a picture of a button and text link.

When designing the banner, use bright colors like blue, green and yellow as they have a higher CTR than black and white banners. The color red should be used sparingly. It is quite advisable using the word “free” in the banner as you are bound to get more clicks this way. Of course, you should decide on this free offer, according to the object of the banner ad. Show the reader that clicking on the banner will prove to be beneficial to him or her. You could place questions like ‘do you want more traffic’ or ‘need help with taxes’ in the banner, wherein the answer is found on your website. People don’t have the patience to read long banners; so keep them short. When people click on a banner, they want to go directly to the web page to find the information they want. They don’t have the patience to end up on the home page to go hunting for the required information.

Another important point to be remembered about banner advertising is to place the banner on sites that target for your target audience. This means, that if you have a banner for a new golf club, it is of no use placing it on a site dedicated to software. Visitors to this site will not be interested in the banner, thus leading to no clicks on the banner, and thus a waste of your money. Emphasize the benefits of your product, and not it’s features, as this is what interests a visitor more. It is always better to test your banners by designing several banners using different styles and messages. Run each banner for a week or two, and collect data on its click through rates. Then analyze the data to determine what is common among the successful banners. You can then refine your banner ad accordingly and test them again.

Use all these tips in your next banner ad, and you are bound to find some improvements in its popularity with more people rushing to visit your site!

Can we use sound waves to disrupt bee swarms in regular airflows or in a normal Earth’s Atmosphere? Regarding breathable air. We know that in helium in a tank when exited by sound waves can cause enough excitement to cause water to boil and can be used for propulsion [steam engine] not a bad way to go if you have sound available.

So it does not necessarily have to be breathable to work. It could work in CO2 also. It could work in a cloud of gas, almost any gas. Probably the thicker the better and the more confined the better too [between buildings, canyon, cave, tube, pipe]; the more oxygen and heavier type gases the better actually unless confinement is smaller. So if you wanted to avoid lets say insects on another planet, you could use sound waves in whatever gas is there? But yes, we are talking about insects on the surface of the planet Earth and thus ambient air is important, but so is density and altitude. 29.92 barometric pressure to start.

If we are using sound waves to disrupt bee swarms or to steer them for flight deviation you could use an opposite approach. For instance find a frequency they like in the 230 beats range per second [honey bee wing flapping speed] and direct that sound and they may simply fly into that “jet-stream” of air so to speak where they feel more comfortable rather than not? As you enhance the conditions for them right? It appears from the discussions in the article you cited that the smaller the little unit (insect) is the faster the flapping speed or in this case the enhancement jet stream frequency speed needs to be to steer them. forward is eliminated and another equation is replaced.

What may be interesting to ask, so I will is perhaps the Reynolds Number for birds changes with size also for this reason. At least those birds, which are able to hover? Maybe that equation needs to be reworked or the size, width or area or all those dimensions of the wing creates another hyperbolic curve in size/flapping speed or where distance traveled. Knowing the exact speed may help in enhancement of flight and thus steering any flying insect based on wing shape, area, size or dimensions. From the article it appears a locust or a dragonfly would flap slower.

Now then if you want to prevent them from going somewhere, steer them, make a sound wall or stop them, then your frequency number probably should not be a multiple of that number, as you would assist in a rhythmic beat, that would be favorable not unfavorable? Is that right? So, for control use enhancement techniques where you want them and hostile frequencies where you don’t with a progressively hostile band after that and then a small area of kill zone. Eventually after trained they will not pass into the level II and thus you do not need a level III (kill zone) anymore. Insects have memory, you can tell when you try to get a fly with a fly swatter, they figure that out pretty quick and then it is twice as tough to catch them the next time. Probably like cows, once you train them they are generally going to stay where they have been trained. Dog fences seem to work like this too, the collar shocks them a few times and they get it.

If you are trying to stop a swarm you need a good amount of energy and directed and it pays to have a choke point when you start the device up or you will find them going around the negative sound waves. But bees follow the queen bee and if she is in the center of the swarm or the front once you stop that you have generally stopped the swarm. Other types of insects would be different of course. Consider all this in 2006.

The mayor of London is has created a strategy to cope with the inevitable effects of climate change that will be hitting our capital.

Our ever lovable Lord Mayor of London, Boris Johnson has warned that climate change could threaten our cosy way of life and our capitals status as a leading world city thus he wishes to implement a strategy to cope with it, including measures such as urban greening, flood risk management and cooler buildings. Johnsons’ strategy, - apparently the first of its type for a major world city - details the ways in which to deal with global warming. Implementing ‘urban greening’ of the city - using green spaces, green roofs and tree planting to absorb and retain rainwater - and reducing water usage is necessary to adapt London to the increased risks of flooding, droughts and heat waves which are expected to be brought about by global warming.

Some other measures of the strategy include; Improving flood risk management on the Thames tributaries where properties are at significant risk of flooding. Reducing the leakage from water mains. Introducing compulsory water metering in developments where it is practical, to aid homes in becoming more water efficient. Designing new buildings and adapting old ones to minimise the need for cooling facilities.

“We need to concentrate efforts to slash carbon emissions and become more energy efficient in order to prevent dangerous climate change. But we also need to prepare for how our climate is expected to change in the future”, said Johnson.

The strategy also covered the problems London will have to deal with when facing Global warming, preparing to cope with the more frequent and extreme weather conditions and changes in the seasons, including warmer, wetter winters and hotter drier summers. Currently people can barely cope with a few days over 25C in July without it becoming a ‘heat wave’, or a couple of frosty mornings in January without general meltdown of the train service and declaration of a ‘cold snap’, however it seems we can ditch our exaggerated buzz terms and over reactions because things are going to get tougher weather wise.

It is not just London, but all major cities that are at risk, and this strategy - a legal requirement under the Greater London Authority Act - is putting London at the head of an unavoidable movement. The mayor feels that London is in a good position to take this stance on dealing with climate change, and is hopeful that it may open up ‘green’ jobs in the city.

The strategy outlines the main threats towards the city as flooding, drought and heat waves. Aprox 1.25 million people are at risk of flooding, along with almost half a million properties, 441 schools, 75 underground and DLR stations and 10 hospitals. The Thames region has lower water availability per person than Morocco, but there is larger consumption than the national average, and about 600m litres a day are lost through leaks. Alongside the water shortage, the summer’s hottest temperatures have been rising over the years.

Just a time ago it looked like high performance notebooks were only being manufactured by a handful of specialist resellers and were built to order, not mass produced. Even though they didn’t ship a large deal they still produced the most compared to other types of notebook computer. The most sought after laptop computers were the ones that were too pricey to consider purchasing. They the the latest technology and basically the best laptop computers. I would get really excited by them however I knew I could not go out and buy laptop computers at the price points they were at. As the large computer companies appreciate the potential profits in gaming portables, the business is evolving.

They know there is money to be made here. They could dictate the market. Nowadays the average notebook margins are so thin so it presents the chance for them to get back the gross profits. I’m pretty confident that many would buy laptop computers if marketed to everybody by these large companies. What can small manufacturers possibly do if their prices are undercut? The high end technology will rapidly make its way into the view of the normal consumers. I believe prospects will trust the bigger companies more if they purchase something costly.

In my point of view these brands are churning out the best laptop computers at this time. I predict that small system builders may still have an opportunity. In my point of view being able to choose the components you want could be a deciding factor. People that purchase high performance notebooks will usually look past the frills. For this sort of niche, the components are normally more important than the appearance. This is really good news from a buyers standpoint. In the end it will force prices down even further and make the premium technology even more accessible for the market. Its tough to say what could occur to be honest because the industry is a fast changing one. New notebook introductions should sustain expensive prices. Greater competition always provides better technology at cheaper prices so the times ahead should be good.

People are empowered when they are given the authority and responsibility to make decisions affecting their work with a minimum of interference and second guessing by others.

Empowerment is an overused and under?practiced term. When people are empowered they bring their minds to work. They are engaged in making decisions that affect their part of the business. They take responsibility for their actions. They work free from the petty bureaucratic hassles that diminish value and waste time. They add value to the organization by embracing the principles of quality and service. They search for ways to make a difference.

Why Empowerment is Critical

Most organizations need knowledge workers — men and women whose chief resource is their ability to think and act on what they know. Computer programmers, systems analysts, accountants, lawyers, managers, sales teams, and even factory workers must use their best judgment to solve problems and respond to opportunities.

Nordstrom is legendary in its customer service because it encourages and expects staff to make decisions that will make customers happy. A local Nordstrom store gives new staff a one-page employee handbook to illustrate this point. It reads: Use your best judgment at all times.

Why Empowerment Works

In Caught in the Middle (Productivity, 1992), I suggest that most people want a few basic things from work: meaning, results, challenge and an opportunity to learn, respect and recognition, control over their own part of the work, affiliation or knowing they are part of a bigger team.

These six items form the foundation of all good empowerment efforts. Remove any of them and you weaken the individual’s commitment to his or her work. Fortunately, with regard to motivation, what’s good for the individual is also good for the company.

Making Empowerment Work

Build on the six basic things people want (these are listed above.) Consider these items as a bedrock for all initiatives to increase empowerment. In addition, consider the following:

Clear Vision and Direction. Corporate leadership must know why it wants empowerment.

What do you want to achieve from it?

What would empowerment look like here?

How committed are you to making empowerment a reality?

Is empowerment essential or simply something that would be nice to have?

Examine Corporate Actions.

Policies. What gets rewarded gets done. What gets punished gets avoided. Corporate policies and procedures such as performance review and merit increases show people what is really important to senior management. For example, if people are told to work collaboratively but their performance reviews pit them against each other in forced appraisal ranking, people will protect their own self?interests. If you encourage cross?functional teamwork, but performance reviews only acknowledge work accomplished within a department, interdepartmental cooperation will suffer.

Unwritten Rules. These norms tell people how the game is played. People learn that these unwritten rules are as important as any written policy. For example, a manager may tell staff to always tell him or her the truth, but proceed to punish the messenger who brings the bad news.

Structure. To borrow a phrase from David Hanna’s book, “Organizations are perfectly designed to get the results they get.” NUMMI is a highly successful auto manufacturing plant that relies on high worker commitment and skill. It replaced a terrible GM plant in which absenteeism was running at 25% the year it closed and where quality was a joke. Ironically, when NUMMI opened, it hired back many of the same seemingly unmotivated workers from the old plant. The only major difference between NUMMI and its predecessor was how it was managed. People were free to stop the assembly line to solve quality problems. They were encouraged to learn many different tasks so they could add greater value to the assembly process. In short, they were empowered.

Why Is It So Difficult To Achieve?

Tom Peters once said, “we are only at the advanced lip service stage.” I agree. We often are afraid to trust that others will actually do the work without close scrutiny. I never met anyone who said that a rigorous performance appraisal system helped him or her do better work. Yet most managers believe that it is an essential tool to use to motivate others. (If only those other people were as trustworthy as we.)

Watchful eyes breed dependency. When people try to please mom and dad they fail to take the risks and initiative needed to help a dynamic organization thrive. People wait to be told what to do. As the sign in a French civil servant’s office read, “Never do anything for the first time.”

If your work is going to be reviewed, folded, spindled, and mutilated by five others up the line before it is approved, why bother giving your best effort?

Our view of organizations is based on hierarchy and chain of command. People above you make the decisions, people below carry them out. This model is firmly entrenched. Sometimes I think it is encoded in our DNA. It can only change when we see that it works against initiative and empowerment, and when we are willing to step back and take a cold sober look at they ways in which our own actions may be creating the dependency and lackluster performance we abhor.

There Is Hope

There is a revolution going on in corporations. Since Peters and Waterman’s watershed book, In Search of Excellence and our discovery of W. Edwards Deming in the early 1980’s, organizations have been experimenting with ways to increase employee involvement. Even the federal government is trying to reinvent itself using principles of empowerment. Some organizations succeed, others fail– but we can learn from them all. These brave companies and agencies are providing the living textbooks that can point the way to new models of organization that treat people with dignity and respect — and serve the interests of the business.

Here are some examples of how others are using the principles of empowerment.

Large System Change. Organizations such as Corning get everyone (or at least a representative sample of all levels of the organization) in a room to reengineer their portion of company. Since this planning process involves those who must implement the changes, resistance decreases and commitment increases, planning and implementation time are compressed, and the quality of the plan often far exceeds what outside consultants or a small team could have created.

Cross-functional Teams. Companies such as Conrail pull together talented people from the middle of the organization and empower them to tackle pressing business challenges. These teams are more than task forces — they have the power to recommend and implement change.

Access to Information. Many organizations are examining how work is done in an effort to streamline service to customers. They develop new procedures that ensure the people closest to the work have immediate access to the tools and information they need. (In traditional organizations information is power and often kept away from those who need it most.)

Promote the Best. Back in 1991, Jack Welch introduced his theory of leadership in General Electric’s Annual Report. (At the time, I called these few pages the best leadership book of the year.) In it, he said that GE needs people who keep commitments (meet deadlines and financial targets) as well as people who promote the values of the company (empowerment, etc.). In the past, they only gave lip service to the values goal. It was nice, but it didn’t drive promotions. To get ahead you had to meet the numbers. Welch went on record as saying those days were over. He wanted men and women who could accomplish both goals. To prove his resolve, he timed the firing of some visible old-line managers with the publication of the report.

To Begin Conversation

Here are a few random questions to begin a conversation on empowerment.

Do we agree that empowerment is a key ingredient in our continued success? If so, why? If not, why not?

Does our performance review process support or hinder participation and commitment of all staff?

Do we compensate and promote those who embody the values we espouse?

Do our communication channels promote or inhibit free exchange of information and ideas between individuals and departments?

What informal messages do people receive about our culture? What impact does this have on productivity and morale?

What do we suppose employees say about Fannie Mae when we aren’t in the room?

Once people are trained and have proven their competency, do we have the courage to trust them?

What happens when someone takes an educated risk and fails?

Of course the list could go on, but these should be sufficient to begin a provocative dialogue on the subject.

Why do some children still do best after divorce and separation? Is there divorce parenting approaches that really work? Read and learn the divorce parenting approaches that really work.

Going through the process of divorce is a challenging life transition for both parents and children. During their parents’ divorce, children often feel a wide variety of conflicting emotions. It is very important for parents to provide their children with understanding and support. Overall, the children who do best after divorce and separation are those whose parents dominantly employ 5 divorce parenting approaches. They:

Listen to children and nurture an independent and empathic relationship with each of them.

Fully support the children’s relationships with the other parent making them feel loved and wanted in both homes.

Develop positive strategies for setting limits and imposing appropriate discipline.

Continue to hold reasonably high expectations for the children, regardless of trying circumstances.

Shield the children from their parental disagreements and resentments.

Each of the above is presented here below in great detail.

1. Listen to children and nurture an independent and empathic relationship with each of them.

To better help our children we must first understand them. To be able to understand them completely, we need to listen and create an environment favorable for them to speak out. To make things happen, you need to:

Encourage your children to talk about how they feel. Let your children know that they can openly talk to you about their feelings of your separation or divorce.

Keep lines of communication open and answer all questions about the changes. Make sure your children feels like they can ask you questions and get answers about why the divorce happened and what to expect.

Convey that you are genuinely interested in their input. This will make your children feel they are participating in contributing to the process of recovering from the divorce.

2. Fully support the children’s relationships with the other parent making them feel loved and wanted in both homes.

Research tells us that children benefit from keeping the familial ties in their life that were meaningful and important to them prior to the divorce. Of these familial ties, the most important are the child-parent ties. Remember that divorce does not end children’s need for parents or it ends your role as parent. You should:

Recognize that for your child to have the best chance of growing up to be a functional human male or female, he/she will need both parents as role models and nurturers. This means that there should be some pathway of getting through to the child whatever good that parent has to offer.

Respect your child’s needs to have both parents there for them, without having them worry that they are going to die of embarrassment if you both start to fight in public. Encourage the other parent to stay involved in the children’s school and extra-curricular activities.

Allow the children to enjoy the time that they spend with each parent. Encourage your children to spend good times with the other parent. Don’t be jealous or upset, as children do not want to take sides and love one parent more than the other.

Help your children and ex-spouse have a successful relationship as just as you would help your children to succeed in school or sports. Remember that your ex-spouse is an important part of your child’s life. Just like you, your children have a shared history with this person as well as the present and future.

3. Develop positive strategies for setting limits and imposing appropriate discipline.

Often after a divorce parents will either become stricter or more lenient. Some parents feel like the other parent is letting the child get away with everything; therefore, they attempt to enforce discipline across both homes. Other parents do not want to spend the limited time they have with their child punishing them and tend to be too lenient. It can be difficult for children when their parents have drastically different rules and expectations. To give the child a sense of stability and security, you should do the following:

Maintain consistent routines. Children feel more secure when there is a standard routine. At times, some parenting issues require communication and coordination between parents, if the child spends time with both parents. Both parents don’t have to do things exactly the same way, but it is easier for children if most things are similar at each home.

Set limits and rules clearly, and enforces them. But within these limits do allow leeway for your children to be children.

4. Continue to hold reasonably high expectations for the children, regardless of trying circumstances.

Help your children have positive feelings about themselves. Children who feel good about them usually succeed. They seem to get better grades in school, they are better at taking on hard jobs, and they try their best. Also, they tend to make better friends because they seem surer of themselves. As parents, you can play an important role in helping children have positive feelings about themselves. Here are some ways you can help your children to feel good about them.

Help them learn to set realistic and reachable goals so they can regularly achieve success. Praise them for success.

Give your children responsibility so that they feel useful, and valued. Asking nothing of them implies that you think they are not capable of doing a job well, which is demeaning.

Encourage them to make decisions, and teach that they must accept responsibility for those decisions.

5. Shield the children from their parental disagreements and resentments.

Stop fighting and work hard to get along with each other. Rumbles of discontent between parents leave children feeling insecure. It is therefore so important for you and your partner to try to agree on matters related to children and their needs. You can employ strategies such as:

Be able to step back and keep your feelings about your ex-spouse separate from those you have about your children’s parent. Many people make lousy husbands or wives, but they are terrific parents.

If you cannot be civil with your ex-spouse, then work out a plan and set up rules so that your child does not have to witness your wrath. Let your children feel with ease rather than going through a gauntlet of your venom for each other.

Get to work on resolving your feelings about your ex-spouse. That means if you can’t get over this yourself, get some help. Other people are suffering besides you, and those other people are your children!

Certainly, some children still do best after divorce and separation. All their parents did were employing tested divorce parenting approaches that really work. You can raise healthy, happy and successful children even if you’re divorced. Follow the above approaches for your children sake.
