The powers that be in Las Vegas want people to come there and gamble and have a good time and it is for that reason that cheap hotels in Las Vegas are usually pretty easy to find. It is important to have a basic understanding of what you think “cheap” means, but there are always numerous hotels with all different price points and special rates available. Vegas has a lot to offer and if you book your hotel with a good amount of advanced notice you should be able to find a great rate at the hotel of your choice.

My daughter is a gymnast and last year we had to fly to Las Vegas for a gym meet. I had never been there and I was afraid that this trip was going to break our budget. I needed to find cheap hotels in Las Vegas. The meet was only a few weeks away and the airline tickets were already expensive enough. I was surprised to learn that Vegas usually has some terrific hotel rates. Of course, there are plenty of pricey hotels but there are also other more reasonable hotels to stay at too. We were able to find a nice hotel and not loose our “shirts” in the process.
